Famiily Dollar - Poplar, MT

We worked with Elcan and Associates , INC., to bring a new Family Dollar/Dollar Tree to residents of Poplar, Montana and surrounding areas. 

The new box store building was constructed as a pre-engineered metal building. The building showcases an 8000 square foot sales floor, pre-sales floor, office space, and bathrooms. The exterior of the building is complete with an enclosed HVAC pad, brick-build garbage containment, and an irrigation system for the areas around the building.
