〣General Laborer

Construction laborer responsibilities will focus on building projects timely and effectively. Some responsibilities might include, but not limited to: erecting scaffolding, digging trenches, operating heavy equipment, loading and unloading material, cleaning construction sites, assisting carpenters, and following instructions from management. We do work in Montana and North Dakota, and you will be responsible for individual job site safety. You will need to be familiar with construction equipment and basic equipment operation. 

- Must possess a good working knowledge of construction 

- Be reliable and arrive on time

- Be willing to follow directions

- Be able to problem solve 

- Comply with company and/or client policies and procedures as well as state and federal          regulations governing the worksite and the environment.

- Complete daily job reports if required. 

- Comply with safety procedures. 

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred

- Basic understanding of construction

- Valid driver's license required

- Must be willing to travel in Montana and North Dakota

- Willing to work overtime (Including weekends)

- Ability to do basic math 

- Must be a self-motivated individual

- Job duties, responsibilities may change at any time with or without notice.

- Personal protective equipment is required daily as required.

- Employee will be required to work in indoor and outdoor with extreme weather temperatures.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to walk, stand, sit, shovel, sweep, rake, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs and ladders, and work on elevated platforms, possibly for extended periods.

- Requires occasional moving/lifting of up to 65 pounds during the course of the work day.
