Richland County Airport

Corland Construction worked hand-in-hand with the Airport, TSA security, Cape Air, SDI Architects & Design, and numerous local subcontractors for a successful project! A critical element of this project was renovating a space that was occupied by an operating airline - keeping the terminal operational throughout the construction phases was essential. 

The renovation and expansion of the Sidney Airport included improvements to the existing terminal building, as well as a 2,600 square foot addition. The project created a new space for security screening, airline ticketing office space, and baggage check. There was also improved space for the main lobby and baggage claim areas. The parking lot was also improved to create a more accessible and cohesive parking space. The new spaces freed up area in the existing terminal for a pilot lounge and additional seating in the main lobby.
